I tried out Hieratic Dragon of Tefnuit at fist, but Moonstar is DARK for allure and grepher, and doesn't require me to have an empty board to summon him.Īnd I'm not "going for all dark." Dark Synchro is the name used for decks that use the Malicious/Armageddon/grepher/plaguespreader synchro engine. Abyss and Bane would recycle my resonators all day long, but I would have nothing to tune them with. One of the initial problems the earlier versions of this deck had was that once I used up Malicious I was essentially out of non-tuner synchro materials. They allow me to synchro climb far more easily, and they help replenish my hand after I've set up my board.Īs for Moonstar, he is essentially another Malicious. Since then, I've honestly come to like the resonators more than e-tele/ Krebons. That's where the resonators and reasoning came in, as they (sort of) fulfilled the same function, and were a lotttttt cheaper. However, when I went to make the deck irl I had noooo interest in paying for a playset of e-tele (this was before any of the reprints were announced) so I made some changes to the deck to make it more budget. Originally I did run the e-tele/ Krebons lineup, when this deck was just a teleDAD deck that I made for nostalgia. I understand that youre going for all dark but without meaningful dedication that just seems to be an arbitrary label.

1x synkron resonator for free#
Hes interesting as a piece of level fodder but seems to me you could just use Instant Fusion and with noden synch for the 6 get an effect off basically for free if you compare it to using moon as your level 6. Im also not sure i see the use in magical king moonstar either. Whats your motivation behind those resonators? Seems like an e tele lineup would be superior.
